The best way to place an order is by calling 386-253-0054 during our business hours, or sending an email

with your order to daytonaaquarium@hotmail.com and we will reply back as soon as possible.

Why should I order from Cichlid Express?

Cichlid Express is an online branch of Daytona Aquarium. We have been in business for 30+ years. Through all the millions

and millions of fish we have seen we know what the best looking specimen is for thousands of species. I know when ordering

fish it is a little bit nerve wrecking. You have questions running through your mind, What if its the wrong fish?, What if it isnt a

nice strain? Sit back and relax. We are not only fish retailers and farmers but hobbyists as well. We know what a fish is

supposed to look like, and that is what you want! Trust our eyes to pick you out the "cherries" from the batch. We havent

gotten repeat customers by sending out ugly fish.

How much is shipping?

We mostly use USPS and Fed-Ex (depending which is the cheapest) as well as Delta Air Cargo. We dont have a flat rate

shipping price. Depending on how many fish and the size of the fish all determines the freight.You can always ask for an

estimate when deciding to order.

Do you guarantee live arrival?

Yes, we guarantee that the fish will arrive alive. We pack them with pure oxygen so that

when you open up the insulated boxes, your cichlids will be happy and healthy and excited to go into their new home. If you

have any problems with fish not making it alive, then we will credit the cost of the fish. You MUST email us a picture of the

fish still in the bag within 24 hours to daytonaaquarium@hotmail.com to recieve full credit on the fish. Please leave a summary

of what happened in the email included with the pictures.

How much does it cost to get in?

We are not a public aquarium, but you can pay to enter if you would like. It usually is free though.
